Requires a 12 V car battery or a deep cycle battery for operation and safety equipment such as a respirator, gloves, and safety glasses.

Instructions:

• Load the cup of the vaporizer with one gram (per brood chamber) of oxalic acid, and carefully insert it into the hive.
• Seal the hive entrance using a foam strip or rags to ensure proper containment of the oxalic acid vapors.
• Connect the leads of the vaporizer to a 12 V car battery or a deep cycle battery for precisely 2-1/2 minutes.
• After the vaporization process, leave the vaporizer in place for an additional 2 minutes to allow the vapors to thoroughly distribute within the hive.
• Carefully remove the vaporizer, and you can proceed to the next hive.

Note: Keep the hive sealed for an additional 10 minutes after removing the vaporizer to allow the oxalic acid vapors to fully disperse and take effect.
